Eventify is a web-based software that aims to make the creation and management of a conference website dead simple.
Whether you are an event organizer or part of an association that organizes events, you know this task is not simple. There are so many details to take care of and success is following a thin bridge on ocean called failure. You need to plan the event, find the speakers, a location, promote the event, deal with providers, catering, payments, last-minute issues and a huge amount of stress.
Over the last year we worked side by side with companies from the events business, helping solving their problems with technology and streamline their internal procedures. With the knowledge acquired, we decided to start our own product: a system that unloads event organizers from the creation and update of conference websites, providing useful built-in instruments to spread the event itself.
We think there’s big value in our product. The importance of conferences in the business world is huge: they encourage connections between people and sharing of ideas. We would like to promote them, make them accessibile, improve their quality and create a better ecosystem. That’s why we started Eventify.
